JetBet login: step by step
- Open jetbet.co.ke or the JetBet Android app.
- Tap Sign in at the top of the page.
- Enter your phone number. The +254 code is already filled in.
- Enter your password.
- Tap the sign in button. Your balance appears at the top of the screen.

JetBet password reset
- On the sign in screen, tap Forgot Password?
- Enter the phone number registered on your JetBet account.
- Tap Get reset code. JetBet sends a code to that number.
- Enter the code, then create and confirm your new password.
The code only goes to the registered number. If you no longer have that SIM, contact customer care: JetBet may verify the change before restoring access.
Common JetBet login problems
- Wrong password: passwords are case sensitive. Use the reset steps above if you are unsure.
- Reset code not arriving: check the number has network and is the one you registered with, wait a minute, then request the code again.
- “Account not found”: you may have registered with a different number. Try your other lines, or register a new account if you never signed up.
